Tae Bo KICKS BUTT!
Holy Moly. I rested my body on holiday, and boy, did it need it! My ankles are feeling back to normal, and I am totally recharged. A few snippets of exercise took place here and there on holiday, but nothing compared to my usual weekly schedule.
So today, back to it. Starting with Tae Bo. Ouch. It’s good for your butt; it kicks butt and it makes your butt sore.
I recommend Billy Blanks for Tae Bo godliness.
I love it when it hurts so good! And Tae Bo mixes cardio with toning, with kickboxing, with everything! What a workout. I felt so unfit, but so ready to get fit.
And so. we’re back to it with a schedule that looks like this:
Mondays: Tae Bo, Zumba, Bootcamp
Tuesday: Zumba, Zumba Toning
Wednesday: Run, Zumba, Abs
Thursday: Zumba, Abs, Toning
Friday: Run, Interval Training
Saturday: Zumba, Abs
Sunday: day of rest!!
I’m also working on a new nutrition programme, since whilst on holiday it’s hard not to eat and drink and be very merry. But I am determined to get rid of that plateau that I hit around April/May, so I’m mixing things up a little and getting very conscientious about it all.
This time it’s for real!
