Weight management
Weighing it up
I was dead chuffed with my dead lift weight yesterday – I have added on to my lifting weight gradually and managed a 10lb weight for dead lifts, squats and clean and press. This is an achievement.
I am a bit addicted to the clean and press, because I can feel myself using my abs and glutes and everything to get it up there.
Next week I’m going to see if I can add on even more – weight management to ensure weight management – do you see what I did there?!
I got called a ‘Fit Brit’ after Body Pump too, which made me very happy indeed. What a compliment! And she told me I had lovely shoulders – how nice! (Or was she just coming on to me? Either way, it made me chuffed.)
She also said I am so smiley during class. I said I was just masking the pain
Getting my greens
After my disastrous eating on my road trip, I’m back on the good stuff.
Oooh, delicious spinach and butternut squash and tuna. And it was lovely. Come on me, I can do it!
