Fiction at Freddies: Baltimore’s writers take the stage
Mr. Rocky Balboa has a front row seat at Freddie’s Ale House in Baltimore.
“Fiction at Freddies” held its pre-Christmas Day literary readings Monday evening at Freddie’s Ale House.
The fiction readers were authors Jen Michalski, Jen Grow, D.R. Belz; along with some poetry from Matt Hohner; and, a display of some of the work of the photojournalist, Steve Ruark.
Rafael Alvarez hosted the program . Former Baltimore Sun reporter, Baltimore Examiner columnist, and a screenwriter, has a long list of television/cable credits to his name, including The Wire and Homicide: Life on the Streets.
