Former State Senator and radio talk show host Larry Young led a “March for Justice” at Baltimore’s U.S. District Court House. The purpose of the rally was to “end the senseless violence, and to demand justice for Trayvon Martin. Young also called up people to focus on healing; to honor the dream of Dr. Martin Luther King and to seek a brighter tomorrow.
The featured speaker at the demonstration was The Rev. Jamal-Harrison Bryant. He underscored: “The sleeping giant is now awaken!…This is not a moment, this is a movement!”
