Letter to the Editor: Terry McAuliffe’s win in Virginia represents a return to maturity
Dear Editor,
All eyes in the nation should be focused on the gubernatorial race outcome in Virginia. The Terry McAuliffe win means that the tide is changing rapidly and the tea party is on its way to be marginalized. In a swing state, the tea party has become transparent; and it is not what it pretended to be when many candidates swept into offices around the nation. It is my notion that most Americans can see the extremism in the tea party that is out of sync with the maturity of a nation that once led the world.
