Strong is the new skinny!
Hell yeah!
We want to be fit, we want to be strong – ain’t that right? It’s not about being skinny, it’s about being AWESOME!
I am not super-strong yet, but I managed a new addition to my weights in Body Pump. Get me!
More, much more!
I’m making my exercises different, more dynamic, adding in new cross-training.
I made a note of what I’ve done in the past 10 days:

- Plank wide tucks
- 360 push ups

- Push up tuck jump
- Rock & roll burpees
- Full extension pikes on ball
- Mountain climbers
- Side to side hanging knee raises
- Frozen v-sit
- Push up clap back
- Burpees
- 1 legged burpees
- Archer rows
- Clapping push up
- Diamond push up
- Finger tip push up
- Hanging leg raise
- 1 leg box jump
- Archer push up
- Tuck jumps

And let me tell you, that doesn’t include all the Zumba cardio too!
Wowsers, man!
Ab-tastic!
