Push for stricter laws on organized retail theft in Maryland

BOWIE, Md. – Retail theft is now over a $100 billion problem in the United States. Maryland is one of the last blue states that has yet to pass an organized crime law. Retailers and lawmakers are trying to figure out how to fix the problem.
