No more stinky fish in Baltimore
Last week, the waters of the Inner Harbor, which are fed by the Jones Falls, turned a “milky green.”
It also caused a few hundred fish, mostly menhaden, to die for lack of oxygen. The mess has been cleaned-up by Friday as a result of the efforts of unsung municipal employees. The cause of the fish kill is still under investigation by the state’s Department of the Environment.
