President Donald Trump is full of crap - Baltimore Post-ExaminerBaltimore Post-Examiner

President Donald Trump is full of crap

When FBI special agents executed federal search warrants on his personal attorney Michael Cohen, Trump said it was “disgraceful” and an “attack on our country.”

I expected nothing less from Trump, a man who by his own actions and words throughout the years has proved that he lacks any real character, dignity and moral strength.

Sunday night on ABC’s 20/20, former FBI Director James Comey said that the President does not reflect the values of our country and that he is morally unfit to be President.  I agree with Mr. Comey on that.

The search warrants that were executed on Michael Cohen were issued based on probable cause affidavits that were presented to a federal judge.  Whatever information was contained in those affidavits was obviously sufficient under the rule of law for a federal judge to grant the search warrants.

Attorneys are not above the law, and neither are presidents for that matter.

For a sitting President to call legally obtained search warrants, a right granted by the Constitution of the United States, “disgraceful” and an “attack on our country” is in and of itself ignorant and abhorrent and is a smack in the face to what this country stands for.

Trump has no respect for the rule of law if he did he would have long ago kept his mouth shut about Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Mueller was duly appointed under the law.  There is a standing federal grand jury that has already issued indictments, and some persons have since pleaded guilty.

Trump’s remarks make him appear to be a man who has something to hide.

If you’re not guilty of anything, why should you care who is investigating what?  If you get indicted for a crime and you are innocent you have the right to plead not guilty to the charges which will result in the prosecutor producing the evidence against you in a court of law.

The President continues to mock and taunt Mueller and the investigation, in doing so he disrespects the rule of law.

Trump has condemned the FBI, the American intelligence community, praises Russian President Vladimir Putin, welcomed Russian agents into the White House and demeaned the FBI director at the time to the Russians.

The Republican Party has over the years gone so far to the right, as have the Democratic Party gone to the left. Those party zombies each have their own mouthpieces and supporters in the media depending on what network you watch.

The news is no longer the news, it is tainted and distorted to fit the agenda of the corporations that own the national media.  There is no truth in the news and there is no news in the truth.

When I said that Trump is full of crap, he is in good company. There has been plenty of crap to spread around over the years:

Richard Nixon in the Watergate scandal. Bill Clinton when he lied to the country about his affair with Monica Lewinsky.  Barrack Obama and Hillary Clinton when they lied about Benghazi.  Let’s not forget Fast and Furious that led to the death of a US Border Patrol agent and who knows how many Mexican citizens.  Hillary Clinton’s destruction of her emails, etc., etc., etc.

With all the crooked crap that Hillary and Bill Clinton have been involved in over the years and believe me there is a pile of crap, I will never forgive her for the remark she made when she testified in front of Congress about Benghazi; “What difference does it make.”  It made a big difference to Ambassador Chris Stevens, Diplomat Sean Smith and Navy Seals Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty.

Are you starting to get the picture now?

I left the best for last.

The biggest national disgrace in my lifetime since the lies that got us into the Vietnam War; George W. Bush taking the country to war in Iraq, once again under false pretenses.

Iraq was not a threat to the security of the United States.  Iraq did not have weapons of mass destruction as we were told by the Bush Administration and they knew it.

Vietnam War draft dodgers George W. Bush, Dick Cheney and Karl Rove, who refused to fight for this country had no problem sending thousands of American soldiers to their deaths in Iraq.  Thousands more were wounded.  All the while companies like Halliburton that made Cheney a multi-millionaire profited off the blood of Americans.

We lost our moral compass, engaged in torture, and sent detainees to countries that routinely engage in torturing their citizens to do our dirty work for us.

The American military is still fighting in the Middle East, we got rid of a few dictators, de-stabilized the entire Middle East and ended up with the growth of radical Islamic terrorism.

The corruption and hypocrisy in government is never-ending.  It will continue until we start electing people who will not subvert their principals, integrity, and honor.  I don’t even know if that is even possible anymore with this generation to find anyone who has those traits.

Once again, we have Vietnam War draft dodgers who were too chickenshit to fight themselves, Donald Trump and his National Security Advisor, John Bolton, itching for a confrontation with Russia, Syria, and Iran.

In September of 2013 Trump said, “We should stop talking, stay out of Syria and other countries that hate us, rebuild our own country and make it strong and great again.” He ran on a platform of nationalism and instead has continued military action in the Middle East.

By the way, when Egyptian dictator, Hosni Mubarak, and Iraqi dictator, Saddam Hussein, were in power, they protected Christians in their country.  Bashar al- Assad has the support of Syria’s Christians.  Syria and Russia are fighting ISIS.

On Dec. 2, 2015 then presidential candidate Trump appeared on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ Infowars show.  Jones told Trump on the show, “my audience, 90% support you.”  Trump later said to Jones, “your reputation is amazing, I will not let you down.”

Yes, Alex Jones’ reputation is amazing.

He believes in the white genocide conspiracy theory. He believes that the US government was involved in the Oklahoma City bombing and the September 11 attacks. Jones has perpetuated conspiracy theories about the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting and the 2018 Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, false flag operations he calls them.

Infowars.com has been described as one of the biggest fake news websites on the Internet.  With all that, candidate Trump supported Jones by appearing on his show. That is a good way to lose credibility real fast.

Like I said there is plenty of crap to go around.

Friday night after Trump authorized another air strike in Syria, Alex Jones was not too happy with his buddy Trump.

Jones said, “They compromised Trump.”  “Then Trump says a week ago he’s pulling out of Syria and they start this crap [a lot of that going around].”  “They rolled Trump and he didn’t stand up at the moment of truth.”  “Donald Trump shit his f**king pants at the f**king moment of truth and shit all over everybody.  F**k him, f**k his family.  F**k Trump and f**k these people.”

No great loss there for Trump may be a blessing in disguise for him. He sure could use a blessing.

I have no respect for Donald Trump, not as a president or as a man.  I can’t respect a man who has no respect for anyone else, and if you believe Stormy Daniels, Trump has no respect for his wife either.

When Trump spoke about kissing women and putting his hands on their private body parts without their consent, which is sexual assault, he said he could do that and get away with it because of his status as a celebrity.  How many times have we heard that before?

Other Trump quotes over the years; “If Ivanka wasn’t my daughter I would perhaps be dating her.”  “You know it doesn’t really matter what [the media] write as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.”

In 2004 on the Howard Stern Show, Stern referred to Ivanka Trump as a “piece of ass” to which Trump replied, “Yeah.”

His son, Donald Trump Jr., another pompous jackass insinuated in 2013 on a radio show that women in the workplace who can’t take sexual harassment should go and teach kindergarten.  That same year daddy Trump tweeted, “26,000 unreported sexual assaults in the military – only 238 convictions.  What did these geniuses expect when they put when and women together?”  Talk about like father, like son.

Trump has threatened the media when they are critical of him, without realizing that freedom of the press is just as much a right to his freedom of speech with his inflammatory remarks.

He said John McCain was a war hero only because he was captured and that he liked soldiers who weren’t captured.  This from a man who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and evaded going to Vietnam by getting multiple deferments, so he could remain safely at home.  Then he criticized military veterans who had PTSD.  Like I said, consider the source.

During his campaign, he mocked a handicapped reporter on national television which some of his supporters thought was amusing. Again, he proved he has no compassion for those less fortunate.  It was an insult to those who struggle with handicaps daily, including the parents of handicapped children who also struggle day after day to care for their children.

Trump added fuel to the fire of racism by insulting blacks, Mexicans and those of Middle Eastern descent.

Trump’s answer to the war on radical Islamic terrorism was to deport a whole race of people solely based on their religion.

Since he has been in office Islamophobia has increased in this country along with hatred and bigotry.  Those who attack Muslims in this country because of their religion, are no different than Adolf Hitler who spread hate and discontent against the Jewish population in Germany in the 1930s and we know how that ended up.

Fact is, ninety-five percent of the victims of radical Islamic terrorism in the world are Muslims.  Muslims are fighting radical Islamic terrorists.  Radical Islamic terrorists have destroyed mosques and other sacred sites of the Islamic faith.  Those radicals are no friends of the Islamic faith.

While Trump was demeaning Mexicans, calling them rapists and criminals and some as he said were good people, American soldiers of Hispanic descent were fighting overseas, and many have returned home in body bags. Thousands of enlisted personnel come from low-income homes, but Trump wouldn’t know that because he is ignorant of the facts.

Day after day I see more and more hateful comments on social media sites.  The alt-right, the alt-left, it makes no difference.  Each group believes they have a monopoly on the US Constitution, that the rights afforded to all Americans only apply to them and not anyone else.

Everybody has the right to protest peacefully and express their opinion.  We can all agree to disagree with one another, but we should all respect the rights of others even if what they say conflicts with our own beliefs.

That’s what makes this country so great, our Constitution.  That’s what makes us exceptional in the world.

If the younger generation who are the future of this country can accept that concept maybe there is hope for the better.
