Never Forget - Baltimore Post-ExaminerBaltimore Post-Examiner

Never Forget

The day our innocence died
No one will forget
We pray our hearts will survive
The hell that we have met

But I still have hope
They won’t take that away from me
Forever in my heart
You will be

We try to go on with our lives
Nothing is the same
I know we won’t give up the fight
Til everyone is safe

But damn them for the fear
They’ve instilled in me
But I will not give up
Cause I’m free

I still have hope
They won’t take that away from me
Forever in my heart
I am free
