Ron Cadman of Investar USA Spearheads Building of New Apartment Complex on Newly Acquired Two Acres

Investar USA, a real estate investment and development firm, has acquired 2 acres of land in Phoenix, Arizona, for a brand-new apartment complex, according to Investar USA Founder and Co-director Ron Cadman. Construction planning is underway for a contemporary 27-unit development comprised of one and two-story buildings.

The new apartment building will feature a combination of two-bedroom two-bath and one-bedroom one-bath units offering modern amenities. In addition, future tenants will be able to take advantage of the complex’s pool, cabanas, bbq’s and firepits…

Over the past several years, Investar USA has successfully revitalized multifamily communities in the southwest United States, including Arizona  Texas and Nevada. Once renovated, Ron Cadman and his team oversee lease-up and ongoing management with the goal of creating the desired living experience for residents.

Prior to focusing on multifamily properties, Investar USA used its unique acquisition model and proprietary management system to purchase over 500 single-family homes in the Greater Phoenix MSA from 2008 to 2012. Cadman is currently directing capital to acquire land and building new apartment communities. This build-to-rent strategy is designed to promote equity growth through the change of land use and provide long term passive income.

All in all, Cadman has more than three decades of experience in developing properties and enhancing existing buildings. Cadman remains active in the real estate market in the United States as well as Canada.

Ron Cadman continues to explore new building technology and ways of creating communities that meet the demands of today’s tenant. His thoughtful approach to the real estate industry put him in a position to capitalize on the Great Recession of 2008 – a time when many other investors financially struggled. Cadman looks forward to continuing to develop and refine build-to-rent communities in select markets across the United States and Canada.
