Baltimore VegFest 2016 at UMBC: Faux cheese and goats

I’m a longtime vegetarian, but Yinzerella (from the retro food blog DinnerIsServed1972.com) is about as far from a vegetarian as you can get. She cooks hearts and livers and tongues and stuffs them inside other meats, and then covers the whole thing in gelatin. Gross.

So, of course, I surprised her with a trip to the Baltimore VegFest! She was not pleased.

Baltimore VegeFest 2016 was held on the rolling campus of UMBC in Catonsville, Maryland.
