Richard Concepcion is an independent documentary filmmaker/video journalist. He finished his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University (1983), Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Film and Electronic Media from American University School of Communication (2010), Master of LIberal Arts (MLA) degree from Johns Hopkins University (2004) and MA in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville (1987). He and his wife Renee live in Maryland with their beagle (Bodie) and cat (Jade)
