Mayor Jacqueline Goodall has been a resident of the Town of Forest Heights for 17 years. She is a graduate of Indiana University, NW with a degree in Urban Development and Planning. Goodall has served on Town Council since 2007. Her main focus since serving on the Council has been addressing the aging infrastructure and stormwater systems of the Town, utilizing environmentally friendly methods, while raising the awareness of our connection to the Oxon Run Watershed.
