Maryland activists call to abolish death penalty

Social activists marched on Annapolis at Lawyer’s Mall on Monday to repeal the Death Penalty while the General Assembly was in session. Marvin “Doc” Cheatham, an activists and an official with the NAACP’s state branch, shared his views on the matter. (Watch the video below)
