Cloud Computing wins Preakness Stakes by a head

On Saturday, the Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore hosted the 142nd running of the world famous Preakness Stakes. The second jewel in thoroughbred racing’s Triple Crown, the Preakness attracted some 140,000 fans who witnessed Cloud Computing rally from the outside to earn an upset victory over post-time favorite Classic Empire. Always Dreaming – the winner of the Kentucky Derby – dueled through much of the race with Classic Empire, but started to fade at the far turn and finished the race in a disappointing eighth place. Senior Investment finished third. Lookin At Lee came in fourth. Please enjoy the following photo recap of the race by staff photographer Michael Jordan. And congratulations to Klaravich Stables, Inc. and their champion horse Cloud Computing.
