Burn, Baby, Burn

My burn rate this week is peaking, and my calf muscles are feeling it.

Burn to date:

  • Saturday: 1020 calories
  • Sunday: 380 calories
  • Monday: 1070 calories
  • Tuesday: 1200 calories

Wednesday I have Pilates Chair (I have no idea what that is, but I am guessing – and I think you’ll be with me on this – that it will involve Pilates and a chair), followed by Body Pump (weights) and an evening session of Piloxing, which is, as you might guess, a mix of Pilates and boxing.

Less cardio tomorrow. I need to stretch more, and relax my aching legs. When I get out of bed in the mornings, my legs are stiffer than a teenage boy’s wotnot. Stretching is the key…. (best not continue this analogy for fear of getting my blog blocked).

Thursday is another double wammy of Zumba and Friday is body conditioning day. Rock on!
At some point I must clean the house, but whilst some people log this as exercise, I refuse to. It is not exercise, it is a dastardly chore that interferes with other things that I wish to do, and I in no way consider hoovering to be cardio, polishing to work to the muscles and cleaning the ruddy toilet to be anything like squats.
